• As part of our infrastructure, our unit is equipped with design studio having latest computers, scanners, Printers and all the relevant software to for any creative need of the client fulfilled by creative and well experience designers and visualizers.
• Design studio is equipped with latest computer systems including EIZO colour monitor ,related all license software such as AI, Corel draw, photo Shop, GMG Colour proof with Epson printer, GMG colour server ink optimizer, profile editor etc.
• The Software's automation capabilities streamline production workflows, saving time and reducing errors. it enables our designer to automate tasks such as file conversation, imposition and colour separations, eliminating manual interventions and improving over all efficiency.
• Latest Ryobi 920 + coater equipped with fully automation including Online Spectodrive to correct print quality online. The machine delivers outstanding colour accuracy,sharpness and details.its advance printing capabilities enable the reproduction of vibrant and consistent colour ensuring that printed materials stand out and grab attention.
• Komori LS 440 P + L (size 28 x 40) equipped with online PDC .Machine has advanced printing capabilities and high speed production with precise colour registration .maximum sheet size 720 x 1030 and printing speed of machine is 15000 per hour. The machine with a perfecting features allowing for printing both sides 2 +2 colour of the paper in a single pass.

• Single Color offset printing machine of Heidelberg Make, of the size 25" x 36". The speed of this machine is 8,000 sheets per hour with each sheet having approx. 8 pages of A4 size. (Three Machines)

CUTTING (SHEAR) MACHINES (5 NOS.)

Programmable Paper Cutting machines of POLAR make in the size of 32" to 45" for precise cutting of paper. The programming ensures accurate and faster processing of the jobs. These machines also take care of the exact size in mm of the book work jobs.

FOLDING MACHINES (3 NOS.)

Fully Automatic Folding Machine made by Stahl – a German manufacturer, to ensure fast and precision folding of the jobs in postproduction. The speed of each machine is 7000 copies per hour.

BOOK SEWING MACHINES (4 NOS.)

In the book binding job with a greater number of pages, we have Polygraph Automatic Sewing Machine with the capacity to stitch 1500 copies per hour.
