PRE-PRESS - CTP MACHINE
Kodak CTP model trendsetter 800 is equipped with robust workflow management capabilities that allow to streamline the entire prepress process from the file ingestion to plate production. The software includes advanced design optimization tools that help enhance the quality of the digital designs before transferring them to plates. It enables users to adjust colors, correct imperfections and optimize image resolution, ensuring the final print output meets the desired standard. It facilitates color proofing integration, accurate color rendering ensuring that the printed output matches the original design intent.
DESIGN STUDIO
- As part of our infrastructure, our unit is equipped with a design studio having the latest computers, scanners, Printers and all the relevant software to for any creative need of the client fulfilled by creative and well experience designers and visualizers.
- The design studio is equipped with latest computer systems including EIZO color monitor, related all license software such as AI, Corel draw, photo Shop, & Color management software with proofing system.
- The Software’s automation capabilities streamline production workflows, saving time and reducing errors. It enables our designer to automate tasks such as file conversation, imposition, and color separations, eliminating manual interventions and improving overall efficiency.
PRINTING MACHINE (5 NOS.)
- Heidelberg Speed Master XL 75 Ani color and Multicolor for short run packaging 2 consists of a single-speed screen roller with an ink chamber blade suitable for commercial printing, label & packaging printing.

The machine with a perfecting feature allowing for printing both sides 2 +2 color of the paper in a single pass.

Fully Automatic Folding Machine made by Stahl – a German manufacturer, to ensure fast and precision folding of the jobs in postproduction. The speed of each machine is 7000 copies per hour.

In the book binding job with a greater number of pages, we have Polygraph Automatic Sewing Machine with the capacity to stitch 1500 copies per hour.
